As the normal cup of morning coffee didn't seem to satisfy me this morning, I turned to the unopened package of Horchata mix. A delicious Mexican drink and long time favorite. Thanks Gma-You truly know what my taste buds are lacking in a country where the food choices are not as varied as I would wish for.

Now all that's missing is one of those red or purple, metal straws that you always have an abundant supply of. Somehow they always make the drink taste colder than it actually is.

Ah, the wonderful magic of instant Horchata. Only a pour and stir away.
